The standard room was tastefully decorated with a better view and natural illumination. The service was good and the attached restaurant was very nice.- The staff was exceptionally attentive.- The location of the hotel was magnificent.

Breakfast is very good. very good quality.

Why don't have a sort of pc room or business center?

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel and I found it to be up to the standard of the previous visits. Nice rooms, helpful staff and because of public transport a good place to be able to visit most of Lisbon.

This place is a spacious budget hotel with fantastic amenities and a wonderful location near Feira Popular.

Ease of access to Metro.

The elevators are very noisy. My room, 1014, was adjoining an elevator, which was a constant, and therefore irritant. Source of thumps which resounded in the room. Also there was heavy noise of air conditioning motors. If I stay at this hotel again during one of my trips, I would not accept a room one the top floor, or adjacent to an elevator.

Enjoyed the brilliant food and helpful staff at this cheap hotel. Got a complimentary upgrade to a standard room with good air conditioning, a nice gesture.- The room included a mini bar, work desk, and TV, making it a good stay for a business trip.- Magnificent location near the center of Lisbon, right next to Feira Popular.

location, metro is 150m away, rooms are big and very clean, water is very hot in the pool

working time of the spa center only till 20:00 hours on working day, it is not open on weekend, very bad police of the hotel because everyone want to rest on weekend in the spa

The hotel was lovely, we were staying there as we were going to a football match with Sporting Lisbon and the hotel is very near their Stadium. Hotel staff very pleasant and the hotel is very nive throughout.

Every time we stay in Lisbon, we like to stay here. Modern looking and pleasant place. - Friendly staff at the reception desk. - Particularly good location to Liberty Avenue, just a short walk away.

The spa people were sparate management fm the hotel but they were very helpful & let me join an excerise class for a small fee. It was extremely enjoyable class. The jacuzzi has seemingly out of order for long time though. The location was very convineint 4 me. The distance fm city centre, the airport. There's a metro & mail railway station nearby.

We were in Lisbon for the Marathon, so the proximity to the start point was the best thing about the hotel.

We made a change to the booking prior to arriving add the hotel to add breakfast to the 5 booked rooms and it took a long time for the check in staff to find the change and apply it to the room. Even though I had sorted the problem for the group booking, other members of our group had the same problem when they checked in.

The place is newly decorated. The staff at the reception desk are well-trained.- The rooms are new-fashioned, quiet, and equipped with a mini bar, work desk, and TV.

This is a very nice hotel that I could recommend to everybody. It's very close to the metro station with a good connection to the city center. Staff is very helpful. One suggestion concerning swimming pool is that you should take a swimming cap with you. If you don't have one you will have to pay 5 euro.

I liked the very comfy bed and the standard room. The bathroom was fairly clean, also it included a mini bar, a work desk and TV. Location: the hotel was very close to the centre in the financial district, attractions in Lisbon, and Rio festival.
